i experienced such EXCELLENT service at this hotel. it felt very first rate to me. the staff helped greatly and were ALWAYS lovely and very friendly. i did book my dinner reservations before arriving. it was a good move!
the soundproofing lacks severely. i did hear a nightclub level of noise one night. hallway conversations felt very loud. i feel like this issue needs addressing.

the location offers beach access and fine GORGEOUS grounds. tropical gardens make it almost unreal feeling. it is really quiet and peaceful here.

the hotel was good. the breakfast offered many option, i found the staff very helpful. the multiple pools provides ample space for everyone.
the soundproofing was not good. i was able to hear noise from the corridor, this bother me. there also seemed to be a tipping culture, i feel pressure to tip at every interaction.

The hotel grounds were very well maintained. i especially liked the broad restaurant choices available with high food quality. coffee at bico was also a standout. They offer a wide selection of coffee beans.
i requested ergonomic pillows before arrival, but it took three requests and two days for them to be delivered.

This resort provides every facility one needs. There is nothing it lacks in providing perfection. i thought the team was amazing. i felt that the premium suite terrace was high quality, especially the view.
Soundproofing is not good. I heard people walking down the corridor. the noise could be heard in my room.

unpleasant smellterrible value
the hotel presented some challenges. scatter cushions in the room had an unpleasant smell. the phone did not work, and guest services repeatedly disconnected my calls. the concierge misplaced our bags. our meal was awful, and the restaurant was in complete chaos. i found it to be terrible value for money.
